Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top‑tier talent across AI and tech startups.
• Conduct candidate outreach, qualification conversations and build relationships with founders and hiring managers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, from initial contact to placement.
• Utilise AI tools daily to improve speed, output and quality of candidate searches.
• Progress towards running your own 360 recruitment desk.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a commercial, revenue‑driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment techniques and AI industry dynamics.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled sourcing tools.
• Ability to conduct candidate outreach and qualification.

What we offer

• Basic salary £26,000‑£32,000 per year.
