About the role

Join Tradewind Recruitment’s award‑winning IMPACT Academy as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham. This is a full‑time, entry‑level sales role designed for recent graduates who thrive in target‑driven environments. You will start on 24 August 2026 with a £30,000 base salary and uncapped commission, offering an OTE of £35‑42k in your first year.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview high‑quality candidates for education sector roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, support staff and schools.
• Write professional candidate profiles and CV summaries.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a competitive mindset.
• Experience in sport, sales, hospitality, retail or any target‑driven environment.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success.
