Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Fast‑track Sales Role

About the role

Join This Is Prime as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and work with warm, retained and exclusive client accounts across Technology, FinTech, AI and Pharmaceuticals. You will help ambitious graduates launch their careers while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit graduates for technology‑focused, FinTech, AI and pharmaceutical organisations.
• Manage retained and exclusive client accounts, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and graduate candidates.
• Conduct interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process and coordinate placements.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Ambitious recent graduate with a strong desire to progress quickly.
• Excellent communicator with a competitive, resilient mindset.
• Motivated by performance‑based earnings and career advancement.
• No prior recruitment experience required – full training will be provided.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £26,000‑£28,000 per year plus £35,000‑£40,000 OTE in year one.
• Uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses and potential earnings of £75,000+ by year three.
