About the role

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join Tradewind Recruitment’s IMPACT Academy as Recruitment Consultants in Manchester. The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with the potential to earn £35,000‑£42,000 in the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview high‑quality candidates for education sector roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, support staff and schools.
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate presentation to placement.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to desk revenue.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a competitive mindset, developed through sport, sales, hospitality, retail or similar environments.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
