Graduate Sales Account Executive – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Sales Account Executive to join our Manchester team. You will act as the face of Bechtle UK, building relationships with key customers and ensuring their technology needs are met. No prior experience is required – we provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customers as if it were your own business.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline across the UK.
• Understand and deliver customers’ technology requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and new‑business teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• University degree or good A‑Levels (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
