Graduate Specialist Program – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Graduate Specialist Program in Manufacturing and kick‑start your career in a global leader of hydraulic motion control. Over 18‑24 months you will rotate through specialist departments at our Birmingham plant and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in hydraulic cartridge valves, manifolds and manufacturing excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing functions, including Engineering Support, Operations and Bosch Production Systems.
• Analyse manufacturing cost per unit and develop data‑driven improvement tools.
• Participate in lean‑manufacturing projects to boost efficiency.
• Lead digitalisation and AI initiatives that enhance production practices.
• Build a cross‑functional network and receive mentorship from experienced experts.

Required profile

• Post‑Masters graduate with a passion for manufacturing.
• Some experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in hydraulic technology.
