Graphic Designer – Marketing & Creative

About the role

SHEIN is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team for the Musera brand. You will craft visual content across digital, print, social media, website and campaign assets, ensuring every piece aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create brand‑consistent graphics for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Design homepage creatives, banners, hero images and promotional assets for Musera.com and SHEIN.com.
• Produce digital assets for the SHEIN app and website, adhering to platform specifications.
• Develop engaging social‑media visuals, stories, feed posts and motion‑design elements for campaign videos.
• Design out‑of‑home advertising, event collateral, invitations, signage and printed materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, PR and Content teams to bring campaigns to life while maintaining brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, supported by a high‑quality portfolio.
