About the role
We are looking for an early growth hire to build Conduct’s brand from the ground up. You will shape how CIOs, engineers and future teammates perceive the most exciting enterprise‑technology company.
Key responsibilities
- Create and distribute high‑impact content such as LinkedIn posts, case‑study videos and keynote speeches that reach thousands of enterprise buyers.
- Negotiate and secure high‑visibility placements like billboards at major tech conferences.
- Collaborate with agencies to design and launch product‑marketing campaigns.
- Measure the performance of all initiatives, iterate quickly, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Required profile
- Generalist mindset with a track record of building processes, products, communities or brands.
- Exceptional writing and copy‑writing ability, from punchy social posts to full‑length speeches.
- Strong analytical instincts; you measure results and optimise rapidly.
- Sharp creative taste – you know the difference between good and great and never settle.
