Haskell Engineer

About the role

CircuitHub is building the engineering core of its factory‑scale robotics platform, The Grid. As a Haskell Engineer you will join a fast‑growing R&D team to develop the Haskell codebase that powers manufacturing execution, ERP, and robotics systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core services written in Haskell, Nix and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with robotics, computer‑vision and machine‑learning teams to integrate OpenCV, PyTorch, and optimization solvers into production pipelines.
• Contribute to open‑source components such as Rel8 and Fast Downward Haskell bindings.
• Help scale the platform on AWS and bare‑metal infrastructure.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with interest in functional programming.
• Experience in robotics, automation or related domains is a plus, especially if combined with hobbyist functional‑programming work.
• Motivation to work on high‑impact problems in a small, profitable company.
