Head of AI Consulting

About the role

Lead the creation and growth of one of the UK’s most exciting AI consulting practices. You will work directly with senior technology and business leaders across government, public sector, financial services and regulated industries to shape AI strategy and drive transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI Consulting go‑to‑market strategy, positioning and value propositions.
• Build and nurture senior technology relationships across target sectors.
• Originate, qualify and convert sales opportunities, leading the full sales lifecycle from solution design to commercial negotiation.
• Lead public‑sector framework bids, competitive pitches and major presentations.
• Develop AI‑enabled operating models and transformation programmes that deliver tangible outcomes.
• Act as the bridge between consulting advisory and technology delivery, ensuring scalable execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI or technology consulting, preferably within regulated environments.
• Strong track record of business development and revenue generation at the C‑suite level.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior public‑sector and private‑sector executives.
• Ability to translate strategic AI vision into practical, deliverable programmes.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of £110,000 per year
• Performance bonus of 20% (up to 40%)
• £6,600 annual car allowance
• Hybrid working model based in London
