Head of Brand – Global Wellness – Remote

About the role

The Head of Brand will lead the brand strategy for a fast‑growing global wellness company. Working remotely, you will shape positioning, drive equity and ensure a premium experience across digital, retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a long‑term brand strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and value proposition.
• Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, e‑commerce, email and retail.
• Create campaign strategies that build emotional connections while meeting commercial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, UGC strategy, affiliate marketing and social commerce.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator and influencer relationships.
• Highly commercial with strong analytical skills to optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
• Background in e‑commerce, consumer goods, beauty, health, wellness or FMCG is desirable.
