Head of Brand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand to steer the development and execution of our brand strategy during a period of rapid transformation and growth. This hands‑on leadership role blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a clear, compelling brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an overarching brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and strengthen brand positioning across multiple business areas.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Lead the creation of brand storytelling and creative campaigns.
• Oversee all creative output to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to deliver commercially focused initiatives.
• Support launches of new products, services and business initiatives.
• Develop partnerships, events and engagement activities that boost brand awareness.
• Monitor brand performance, analyse market trends and recommend improvements.
• Act as the guardian of the brand, inspiring internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in brand or marketing leadership.
• Track record of developing brand strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data insights into marketing actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Experience across multiple brands or divisions, preferably in hospitality, leisure or a customer‑focused sector.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary £55,000‑£60,000 per year plus bonus.
• Hybrid working model (one day remote per week) with occasional travel.
