Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing beauty brand, is looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead the strategic direction of the brand at the intersection of creativity and performance. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will translate the brand vision into high‑impact creative output across social, influencer and PR channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own the overall brand positioning and creative direction.
• Lead, manage and develop the in‑house creative team, freelancers and agency partners.
• Monitor team workloads, identify bottlenecks and forecast resourcing needs.
• Define and execute social media, influencer and PR strategies that align with the brand vision.
• Connect creative output to marketing performance, ensuring each piece has a measurable role in the funnel.
• Partner with the Digital Director and paid media teams to align brand‑building and conversion goals.

Required profile

• Strong creative background with proven leadership of creative teams.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource management and scaling teams.
• Previous work in the beauty or fast‑growth consumer sector.
• Track record of defining social, influencer and PR strategies.
• Experience linking creative work to marketing performance metrics.
• Background in a company with £20M+ annual revenue.
