Head of Digital Marketing - Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital strategy of an ambitious scale‑up in the insurance sector. You will own the performance of multiple brand websites, paid and organic channels, and drive growth through data‑led optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Oversee brand websites, SEO/GEO, LinkedIn paid campaigns and HubSpot activities.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, business leaders, clients and agency partners.
• Manage agency relationships and multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably across several brands or in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in digital strategy, SEO, campaign optimisation and analytics.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, content strategy and performance measurement.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
