Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce (International)

About the role

The Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce (Rest of World) will lead the commercial performance of an international beauty brand’s online business. You will own the digital trading strategy across ecommerce, social commerce, CRM and customer acquisition, driving growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L and commercial performance of the international ecommerce business.
• Develop and execute digital trading strategies across ecommerce and social commerce channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention using data‑led decision making.
• Design CRM and lifecycle marketing programmes to increase customer lifetime value.
• Optimise onsite performance, merchandising and the customer experience for international shoppers.
• Lead social commerce initiatives, creator partnerships and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise commercial results.
• Champion innovation in ecommerce technology, AI and emerging digital platforms.
• Build and develop a high‑performing digital team and influence wider commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in ecommerce, digital trading or social commerce.
• Proven ownership of commercial performance and P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience using data and customer insight to optimise ecommerce performance.
• Knowledge of paid media, social commerce and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage agencies, creators and strategic partners.
• Collaborative leadership style with influence across functions.
