Head of Group Reporting – Finance Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Group Reporting to join our international finance team. In this newly created senior position you will drive high‑quality financial reporting, provide insight for strategic decisions and champion process and system improvements across a complex multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with divisional and group finance teams to analyse performance and deliver actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, budgets and strategic plans.
• Coordinate reporting cycles, including trading updates and stakeholder deliverables.
• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to produce analysis for divisional teams.
• Support senior management with presentations, analysis and business‑critical insights.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and tools.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and data‑storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Commercial mindset with the capacity to translate data into insight.
