Head of Product Growth

About the role

DeepL is looking for a Head of Product Growth to make DeepL Translate the default translation platform worldwide. You will drive adoption of core translation features, turn usage into high‑quality Product Qualified Leads and support revenue growth across the product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize high‑value media‑translation use cases and build growth loops to drive adoption.
• Lead distribution of media translation within the web, browser extension and app channels, collaborating with the API/MCP track.
• Design the PQL engine: set qualification criteria, implement detection instrumentation and ensure smooth handoff to sales.
• Create growth loops for feature discovery and cross‑sell to products such as DeepL Voice.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Ops and Pricing teams on funnel design, messaging and optimisation.
• Own metrics on platform usage, feature adoption and cross‑sell conversion, linking them to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven builder who can prototype with AI, test with real users and scale successful solutions.
• Track record of establishing or scaling a product‑led growth motion that feeds a sales organisation, including defining PQLs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering.
• Experience growing adoption of consumer‑oriented web, extension or app products.
• Background in designing growth loops for feature discovery and expansion.
• Experience with open‑source community strategy, preferably in ML/AI.
