Head of Talent & Creator (Part‑Time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time, hybrid position leads the Talent & Creator function for a fast‑growing creative agency at the crossroads of sport, gaming and entertainment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the team’s structure, processes and culture while delivering high‑impact creator‑led campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent & Creator team, fostering a supportive, high‑performance environment.
• Introduce clear, scalable ways of working and improve cross‑functional collaboration with Strategy, Creative, Client Services, Operations and Finance.
• Elevate the function’s visibility across live projects, priorities and risks.
• Champion best‑in‑class creator and talent strategies across campaigns.
• Help design long‑term operating models, team development plans and innovation in creator intelligence (AI, CRM tools, platform insights).

Required profile

• Strong background in talent, creator, influencer or partnerships within a creative or integrated agency.
• Deep understanding of creator marketing and talent strategy, preferably with exposure to sport, gaming or entertainment.
• Proven senior leadership and team‑development experience.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
