Health and Social Care Assessor – Hybrid (Manchester)

About the role

t2 Group is seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners pursuing apprenticeship qualifications across Manchester and surrounding areas. The role combines remote coaching with scheduled workplace visits, allowing you to guide learners through the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful completion of their programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews.
• Deliver high‑quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work, provide constructive feedback and support functional skills in maths and English where needed.
• Prepare learners for the End Point Assessment (EPA) and monitor progress to ensure timely qualification achievement.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times.

Required profile

• Level 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum two years recent experience in adult health & social care at senior carer level or above.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
