About the role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to join a leading renewable energy group in London. This hybrid role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership while working closely with the Founder and Chief of Staff to uphold the highest safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and oversee health, safety and compliance documentation across the organisation.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to drive group‑wide safety initiatives.
- Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Officer, Advisor or Coordinator.
- Motivation to train, develop and progress towards a leadership position.
- Ability to commute to London for a hybrid working model.
