Health & Social Care Lecturer (HND Level 4/5) – Part‑Time

About the role
We are looking for two experienced Health & Social Care Tutors to deliver a Pearson HND programme (Level 4 & 5) for a Further Education provider in the West Midlands. The role starts immediately with course preparation work and moves into teaching from September/October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HND Health & Social Care modules (Level 4 & 5) on‑site.
- Participate in course planning and preparation before the programme launch.
- Teach two days per week, typically Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Complete administrative duties either on‑site or remotely.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Health & Social Care or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching in Further or Higher Education.
- Experience delivering HND programmes is highly desirable.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) is advantageous but not mandatory.
