Health & Social Care Lecturer (HND) – Part‑Time

About the role
We are seeking two experienced Health & Social Care lecturers to deliver a Pearson HND programme (Level 4 & 5) for a Further Education provider in the West Midlands. The role starts immediately with course preparation and moves to teaching in September/October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HND Health & Social Care modules (Level 4 & 5) on‑site two days per week.
- Participate in course planning and preparation before the teaching launch.
- Complete administrative duties either on‑site or remotely.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the programme.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Health & Social Care or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching in Further or Higher Education, preferably delivering HND programmes.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) is desirable but not essential.
