Housing Management Associate (3+ PQE) – Birmingham

About the role

Join a leading national law firm’s growing Birmingham office as a Housing Management Associate or Senior Associate. You will work on a varied caseload, advising registered providers on both advisory and contentious housing matters while gaining significant client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Registered Providers on a broad range of housing management issues.
• Handle possession proceedings and tenancy enforcement.
• Manage anti‑social behaviour cases and injunction applications.
• Provide tenancy, leasehold and asset‑management advice.
• Conduct housing litigation and related dispute resolution.
• Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years PQE in social housing, housing management or housing litigation.
• Experience advising registered providers or public‑sector housing clients.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial awareness and technical legal ability.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Desire for genuine career progression within a growing team.
