HR Business Partner Manager – Global Expansion

About the role

Dandy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to lead HR operations for its global expansion. The role will be based in London and will involve building HR infrastructure as Dandy opens new sites worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support Dandy’s strategic HR planning for new international locations and act as the primary HR point of contact in Europe.
• Prepare and adapt employment contracts, handbooks and communications to meet local legal requirements.
• Create, iterate and own HR policies and procedures for each new country, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partner with site leadership and cross‑functional teams to design and improve People processes in new markets.
• Coordinate with recruiting, insurance vendors and EOR/PEO partners to stand up HR operations and assist payroll with employee data.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and HR investigations across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Proven track record of leading HR functions for global or international expansion, including setting up HR operations in new countries.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with site leaders and employees across cultures.
• Experience developing and enforcing HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite.
• Experience using HR software platforms.
