HR Business Partner (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to join an award‑winning software provider in Manchester. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert HR and employment‑law advice while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with employment law and HR best practices.
• Provide accurate HR and employment‑law advice to clients and record all interactions in the case database.
• Attend legal briefings and internal training to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
• Deliver HR and employment‑law training via webinars or in‑person sessions.
• Maintain a professional and responsible attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work under pressure.
• Practical HR experience with a willingness to develop further.
• Enthusiasm for generating new business referrals.
• Strong research, interpretation, and prioritisation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
