HR Consultant – Employee Relations & Policy Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support a fast‑growing organisation in West London. The role is a temporary, full‑time assignment focused on employee relations, policy refresh and HR process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases independently, providing guidance and resolution.
• Review, update and rewrite outdated policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Support contract changes and drive improvements to HR processes.
• Develop job descriptions and introduce structured HR documentation where needed.
• Serve as a trusted on‑site HR presence during a period of growth and change.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
• Proven exposure to complex employee relations cases and policy writing.
• Available to start immediately or within one week’s notice.
• Willingness to work five days per week on‑site at the client’s London office.
