HR People Partner – Healthcare Support Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our Healthcare Support Services team in London. In this highly visible position you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive engagement, performance and business growth across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational and senior leadership to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and support managers on strategic and operational HR matters, building capability for high‑performing teams.
• Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead talent, succession and workforce planning activities to ensure future capability.
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and forums for colleague feedback.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams to ensure effective delivery of HR programmes and processes.
• Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers and transformations.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues when required.
• Work with recruitment teams to develop regional resourcing strategies and attract top talent.
• Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Proven success delivering people plans within a large, customer‑focused operational business.
• Strong HR generalist experience across talent management, acquisition, learning & development, reward and employee relations.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in the healthcare or similar sector is advantageous.
