HR Product Analyst – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports a leading global organisation in enhancing its HR technology landscape. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technology teams to streamline processes, improve system efficiency and boost employee experience through automation and smarter use of HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support testing activities, system enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and process insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology.

Required profile

• Experience with HR systems and HR technology support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off and Recruiting/RCM.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and support UAT/testing.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Passion for improving processes and user experience.
