About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel in London. In this full‑time position you will support the HR department in delivering excellent service to employees and candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute and route mail, and manage HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
- Maintain a clean, accessible application area that meets disability access standards.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and ensure confidentiality of all records.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions as required.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work well with diverse teams.
