Hybrid Paraplanner – Financial Planning (Birmingham/Market Harborough)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our centralised paraplanning team, supporting a portfolio of Financial Planners across Birmingham and Market Harborough. The role combines technical research, cash‑flow modelling and suitability report writing while offering a hybrid working pattern and strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed research and analysis for pension and investment recommendations.
• Produce cash‑flow models and high‑quality suitability reports for client meetings.
• Collaborate with multiple advisers, ensuring compliance and client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and support complex planning cases as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments.

Required skills

• Cash flow modelling software.

• Salary £35,000‑£42,000 per year, dependent on experience.
