IAM Service Lead (Onsite, Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to own and operate an enterprise‑scale Identity & Access Management service for a Manchester‑based organisation. The role is onsite, full‑time and focuses on delivering secure, compliant access across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IAM service end‑to‑end, including delivery, governance and performance monitoring.
• Lead service design, target operating model (TOM) and service transition activities.
• Oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes and overall access governance.
• Serve as the primary contact for audits and compliance requirements.
• Manage service level agreements, key performance indicators, risks and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of IAM services beyond basic support.
• Strong governance experience across multiple IAM domains.
• Hands‑on experience with audits, compliance and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of hybrid IAM environments (on‑premise and cloud).
• Familiarity with MIM, Entra ID, Okta or PAM tools is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range £75,000 – £100,000 per year.
