About the role
The firm is seeking a senior immigration solicitor to join its board‑level team in Birmingham. The role combines legal leadership with strategic oversight of the immigration practice.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Board and collaborate to meet performance targets.
- Oversee all aspects of immigration work, including business immigration, human‑rights cases, appeals and overstay matters.
- Lead a team of specialist immigration lawyers across the UK.
- Represent high‑net‑worth clients and manage complex appeals up to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Required profile
- Level 2 accredited solicitor status.
- Director‑level experience in immigration law.
- Proven track record handling business immigration, human‑rights and appellate work.
Required skills
- Legal accreditation (Level 2) in immigration law.
