Institutional Content Associate – Remote

About the role

The Institutional Content Associate will support Fisher Investments’ global sales and service teams by creating high‑visibility, custom marketing materials that communicate complex investment strategies and market outlooks. Working remotely, you will collaborate with sales, portfolio management and executive teams to produce presentations that help drive AUM growth and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales, service professionals and portfolio managers to design prospect, consultant, client and internal presentations.
• Develop new, advanced visual content that clearly explains investment processes and market perspectives.
• Ensure all deliverables are error‑free and meet high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Refine existing production processes and create new workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support the Team Leader by reviewing, approving and guiding the work of other team members.

Required profile

• Experience creating visual content and presentations for financial audiences.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment strategies and the institutional landscape.
• Strong project‑management abilities and comfort navigating complex, cross‑functional environments.
