About the role

Join a specialist disputes team at a leading international law firm, working on complex, high‑value insurance litigation. The role focuses on property damage, construction and energy‑related claims, supporting insurers and global businesses with cross‑border disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex international insurance disputes, including property damage and subrogated recovery claims.
• Advise clients on coverage issues and develop defence strategies for major claims.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver cohesive litigation solutions.
• Prepare and present legal arguments, manage case documentation and liaise with expert witnesses.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with proven experience in insurance litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in defending high‑value property damage and subrogated recovery claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance law, coverage analysis and dispute resolution.
