Interim Finance Manager – Lead NetSuite Implementation

About the role

We are partnering with a high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed business that needs an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. The role will have immediate impact, leading the NetSuite implementation while strengthening reporting, processes and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four across the finance function
• Own the month‑end close and preparation of accurate management accounts
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow reporting
• Lead the NetSuite implementation, including process design, testing and data migration
• Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting across the finance function
• Partner with senior leadership and PE stakeholders on reporting and strategic finance projects

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant
• Strong month‑end and management reporting experience
• Proven experience leading or supporting a NetSuite implementation
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a finance team
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow experience
• Experience within a PE‑backed or high‑growth environment
