IT Account Executive – Entry Level (Hybrid, £25K base)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious graduates or high‑achieving individuals to join Bechtle UK as an IT Account Executive in Manchester. The role offers full training, hybrid working and a clear path to rapid progression in tech sales.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own desk like a business, taking ownership of decisions and outcomes.
• Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn and creative outreach across a large North‑UK territory.
• Build and develop a pipeline and customer base from scratch.
• Develop rapport, commercial thinking and adaptability while working with a supportive Manchester team.
• Receive full training and ongoing coaching – no prior sales experience required.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Degree or A‑Levels preferred but not essential.
