IT Support Technician – 1st/2nd Line Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client’s London, Farringdon office. You will act as the right‑hand to the on‑site IT Support Manager, handling 1st and 2nd line incidents and ensuring smooth operation of Mac and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Mac OSX and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot storage, backup and digital workspace tools such as Okta, Atlassian suite, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, JAMF/Airwatch.
• Clear ticket backlogs, analyse issues, follow up with end users and escalate when required to meet SLA targets.
• Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
• Assist with network configuration, IT project work and maintain IT inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in an IT support role.
• Hands‑on experience with macOS or G‑Suite environments.
• Strong client‑facing attitude and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

• Contract role inside IR35 paying £200 per day.
• Monday‑Friday, normal business hours, no shift or weekend work.
