Junior Business Analyst – Data & BI (Security Clearance)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with strong reporting and business intelligence skills to support data‑driven decision‑making in a hybrid work environment. The role centres on using AWS data services to analyse key metrics and deliver insights that influence operations and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report on business metrics using AWS Redshift, Glue, and Athena.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear data solutions.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations with Tableau or Power BI.
• Convert complex datasets into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure data quality and relevance.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate (0‑2 years experience) with an analytical mindset.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and on‑site collaboration.

Required skills

• Tableau or Power BI for data visualisation.

• SQL for data querying.
