About the role
We are recruiting a Junior Legal Counsel for a growing infrastructure business in Doncaster. The position is a six‑month temporary contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment, offering hybrid working and on‑site parking.
Key responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Provide compliance support and risk‑management advice.
- Assist with occasional dispute matters.
- Support upcoming M&A activity.
Required profile
- Approximately 5 years of UK legal experience, qualified or non‑qualified.
- Previous in‑house experience, preferably in non‑contentious commercial law.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
