About the role
Robert Bird Group is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Junior Receptionist & Catering Assistant to join its London office. The role blends front‑of‑house duties with catering and workplace support, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients and staff while helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients and employees in a courteous manner.
- Answer, direct and log telephone calls, taking messages as required.
- Manage general email correspondence and respond to enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate catering orders, set up meeting rooms and support on‑site events.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and keep office supplies stocked.
- Provide basic administrative support to various departments as needed.
