Junior Software Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing B‑Corp certified InsurTech company in London. You will be involved from day one in building and shipping customer‑facing products across multiple insurance lines, working closely with product, commercial and data teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and launch new production features for customer‑facing applications.
- Contribute to product launches, partner integrations and platform enhancements.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape technical decisions and engineering direction.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving ability and solid engineering fundamentals.
- STEM degree or equivalent academic background.
- Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with clear communication skills.
