About the role
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in the UK. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position, working hybrid with two days a week in either our Manchester or London office.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool.
- Maintain and update the scheduling tool to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners and business leaders to attract the right talent.
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality and act with integrity in all interactions.
Required profile
- Up to 1 year of experience in HR or people‑related roles within a fast‑growth environment.
- Independent self‑starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Familiarity with Workday, GoodTime or similar SaaS recruiting tools (nice to have).
