Key Account Manager – Technical Sales (UK, Ireland & Nordic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced technical Key Account Manager to lead our distribution network across the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries. The role is home‑based with regular travel to partner sites and customers, reporting to the Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10 distribution partners across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions, providing technical and commercial support.
• Promote the product range and technical solutions through partners and sales representatives.
• Build and develop strong relationships with distribution partners, supporting joint sales activities and appointments.
• Achieve growth targets and sales performance metrics.
• Travel to customer sites (about 50% of time), split between the UK and abroad.
• Take over responsibilities from the current Dutch‑based Sales Director.

Required profile

• Proven track record of technical sales success, preferably in industrial components or consumables.
• Experience selling via distribution channels and managing relationships across multiple European regions.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
