Keyholder – Retail Store (8 hrs) – Birmingham Resorts World

About the role

As a Keyholder at Levi’s® in Resorts World Birmingham you will be the trusted custodian of the store during your shifts, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while leading the team on the shop floor. This part‑time position offers the chance to bring the iconic Levi’s brand to life for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and strong alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
