Kitchen Systems Administrator

About the role

The Kitchen Systems Administrator supports the delivery of Table to Table, Rocket Food’s workplace dining division. Working within the Food Development team, you will coordinate systems, documentation and processes that keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and help deliver recipe development and pop‑up calendars across client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain recipe and allergen information in Kafoodle, managing uploads, amendments and ongoing system administration.
• Build and maintain menu grids, recipe matrices and supporting documents.
• Support Kafoodle development projects, produce reports, trackers and administrative materials for the Food Development team.
• Coordinate supplier visits, product samples and new product development, and assist with pop‑ups, bespoke menus and client events.
• Produce and format client‑facing menus, allergen cards, site packs and promotional collateral, ensuring version control and timely delivery.

• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written communication and document‑formatting skills.
• A genuine passion for food and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
