Knowledge Lawyer – Tax (Hybrid/Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate tax lawyer to join the Lexis+ Practical Guidance team and help shape the online practical guidance and current‑awareness offering of the Lexis+ Tax module. You will deliver indispensable content by monitoring legal developments, engaging with practising lawyers, and creating high‑quality guidance for tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain a market‑leading content set for the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Tax module, including practice notes, precedents, checklists and flowcharts.
• Contribute to the Tax current‑awareness service by selecting relevant developments and cases, and delivering updates and analysis for tax lawyers.
• Monitor legal and industry developments that affect the customer base.
• Engage with practising lawyers to stay informed on issues impacting tax practitioners.
• Support the delivery of high‑quality practical guidance and current‑awareness content for customers.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified lawyer with significant, broad experience in non‑contentious corporate tax law.
• Excellent technical knowledge and practical application of tax work.
• Awareness of legal tax issues and developments affecting corporate entities.
• Ability to communicate complex legal and procedural concepts concisely and clearly.
• Experience of international tax considerations, employment taxes and VAT for UK corporate entities is desirable but not essential.
