Laboratory/Manufacturing Operator I – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our filling department in Warrington. The role is based in a cleanroom environment and offers a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a stable daytime schedule and overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate both manual and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently.
• Perform cleanroom tasks while wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all production documentation to high quality standards.
• Identify and report production or quality issues.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering and material‑handling teams.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Required skills

• Manual manufacturing equipment operation.
• Automated manufacturing equipment operation.
• Cleanroom procedures and PPE usage.

What we offer

• £14 per hour (£14.00/h) – 37.5 hours per week.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract with immediate start.
• Stable daytime schedule (Mon‑Thu 07:15‑16:00, Fri 07:15‑11:45).
