Lead Consultant Reporting PowerBI

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to own end‑to‑end reporting solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) using Power BI. The role will bridge HR, Payroll and IT teams to deliver actionable insights that support talent acquisition, performance management and career development across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reporting requirement workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management and Career Development.
• Define functional specifications and reporting semantics for the above subject areas.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards that provide HCM insights.
• Work with data‑modelling teams to create and validate semantic data models, joins and metrics.
• Partner with testing teams to develop and execute functional reporting test cases.
• Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, Data and PMO stakeholders throughout design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints and hyper‑care support.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics and reporting practices in HCM.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration points.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of owning SME responsibilities independently.

• Oracle EBS/HCM data modelling.
• Azure Data Lake (preferred).
• Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
• PL‑300 / Power BI certification (preferred).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) (preferred).
