Lecturer in Business Management & Hospitality – Foundation School

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking enthusiastic Lecturers in Business Management and Hospitality to join the Foundation School at London College of Contemporary Arts. The role is full‑time (40 hours/week) with flexible weekday and evening patterns, starting September 2026. You will deliver undergraduate and foundation‑level programmes, linking theory with real‑world practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching for Foundation and FdA Business, Hospitality and Academic Skills modules.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to promote student progression and success.
• Use innovative, experiential and digital learning methods to ensure industry relevance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance curriculum and employability pathways.
• Participate in scholarly activity or professional practice to maintain subject expertise.

Required profile

• Dynamic academic or industry professional with a passion for student development.
• Experience teaching at Levels 3, 4 and 5 and supporting widening‑participation learners.
• Commitment to inclusive, experiential pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
