Lecturer in Digital Technologies (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lecturer to teach on our HND in Digital Technologies (Cyber Security) programme. The role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends and is based on‑site in West London.

Key responsibilities

• All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met
• Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate
• Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
• Actively engaging in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties
• Working towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression

Required profile

• Master's degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable)
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area
• Extensive knowledge of two or more areas such as Programming, Cloud Computing, Networking, Cyber Security, Big Data, IoT, etc.
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills
